The Ostrich, the large bird that doesn’t fly!. Shot taken with Sony RX100vii camera in Classic Chrome picture profile.
About:
The ostrich is the world’s largest and heaviest bird, native to Africa. Although it cannot fly, it is an excellent runner, capable of reaching speeds up to 70 km/h (43 mph). Ostriches have long necks, powerful legs, and large eyes, which help them spot predators from a distance. They are known for their unique two-toed feet and for laying the largest eggs of any living land animal. Ostriches are omnivores and typically live in savannas and open woodlands.
