I called this one “Classic Neg Blue”, I tried to add just a little light-washed-blue.

New Film Simulation Recipe
I have a page for some fujifilm simulations recipes, I set this page so I can go back for it from any point just to re-select my favourite ones.
This recipe here I call it ‘Neg. Blue’, most thing will change the look is the ISO and the Shutter speed.
