Alexandrian Parrot…
I catch this Green female parrot ‘Alexandrian Parrot’ in my garden, it was about a 20 meter away on the tree I use the Nikon 18-300mm lens, Very nice lens for daily use, you can go from 18mm to 300mm zoom that will cover your need for wild-life and wide angle.

Moon with Nikon 18-300mm..
I always using my Sigma 50-500mm and the 2x Teleconverter when shooting the Moon, here i’am trying the Nikon 18-300mm @300mm, the camera in handheld.

Milk Drop is Leaving the Surface
In the second session of Milk Drop Project, I use the Nikon 35mm lens and crop the images to get more closeup photos, with external light source, 200ISO, 2.5F and 1/640Exposure the noises appeared on all photos, I am NOT happy with the results,I think using Macro lens is better or to use more lights; anyway, I will publish some of the results. For the colors; I use the HP printer color.
In this shot, the Milk drop is leaving the surface you can see the noisy background.

Accessories
This is another Accessory shot from my living room, this time i add four photos in one frame and i remove the colors from the out of focus objects and background in one of the photos. I used the Nikon D90 with 35mm lens with Manual Exposure Program, 1.8f and 200 ISO speed and the normal room lights. these shots are part of Nikon 35mm Sample shots for the f1.8 testing.

Milk Drops..
In 2009 I worked on a Water Drops Project [Click to read More], yesterday i repeat the project using Milk and some colors. Here are two shots, the first one the drop just reached the surface of the milk.

I used the Nikon D90 Camera and my Nikon 105mm Macro lens on a tripod with external light source and manual focus and red background.

The Moon on 6th of June
The day of the Venus transit I was waiting for the sunrise and before that i just take some photos of the Moon.. Here is one, I liked the bottom edge where all the holes resulting from meteorites..

The Venus Transit
This is the last Venus Transit against the sun in your life, the next Transit will be around the year 2117.
Today the 6th of june 2012 the Venus will pass in front of the sun and it will be visible from the earth.
My Location: Doha – Qatar, 25.3 N, 51.5 E
Local Time: GMT +3
First contact was @ 1:08am Local Time it takes 18minutes for Venus to be full inside the sun, the event start while the sun is Below the horizon, the sun rised @ 4:47am localtime and I start taking photos @ 5:17am localtime at that time Venus was at it’s halfway journey to leave the sun, the leaving time 7:37am and last contact was @ 7:54am.
عبور كوكب الزهره من امام الشمس
هذا الحدث لن يتكرر قبل سنة 2117 ميلادية وهو عبور كوكب الزهرة من امام الشمس، وسيتمكن سكان الارض من متابعه هذا الحدث الذي سوف يستغرق قرابة ال 6 ساعات ، ستبدا عند غروب الشمس في قارة امريكا يوم 5-6-2012 وسنتمكن في الشرق الاوسط من رؤية الحدث عند شروق الشمس يوم 6-6-2012 ويكون الكوكب قد قطع نصف المسافة تقريباالصورة التالية تم التقاطها فالساعه 5:17 دقيقه صباحا وتظهر فيها الزهرة وهي دائره مظلمه قي الجزء العلوي من قرص الشمس

During the Transit session I take around 1000 pictures here are some of them..
